NHỮNG KẾT QUẢ MỚI CỦA ĐỀ TÀI

          Đây là nghiên cứu đầu tiên về sự đồng biểu lộ của ALDH và KRAS trên bệnh nhân ung thư dạ dày ở Việt Nam. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy:

- UTDD gặp nhiều nhất ở vị trí hang vị (52,4%), dạng loét theo Borrmann chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (66,0%).

- Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân có ALDH dương tính là 68,0%, bệnh nhân KRAS dương tính là 55,3%.

- Sự biểu lộ ALDH ở bệnh nhân UTDD có mối liên quan có ý nghĩa với sự biểu lộ KRAS. Có mối liên quan giữa sự biểu lộ của ALDH với thể tuyến ống và độ biệt hóa.

- Sự biểu lộ đồng thời của 2 dấu ấn Aldehyde Dehydrogenase, KRAS với mức độ biệt hóa có ý nghĩa thống kê.

          Kết quả nghiên cứu đã cho thấy sự biểu lộ của các dấu ấn ALDH và KRAS và mối liên quan của các dấu ấn này với một số đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng ở những bệnh nhân ung thư dạ dày. Kết quả này có ý nghĩa tạo ra cơ sở để phát triển liệu pháp điều trị cũng như xác định các yếu tố tiên lượng ở người bệnh UTDD

          Từ kết quả của đề tài này cần nghiên cứu về mối liên quan giữa sự biểu lộ của các dấu ấn ALDH, KRAS với một số các dấu ấn khác, nhiễm Helicobacter pylori, kết quả điều trị của người bệnh để đưa ra tiên lượng và phác đồ điều trị hợp lý hơn. Mở rộng nghiên cứu, đánh giá giá trị tiên lượng của các dấu ấn ALDH, KRAS ở ung thư dạ dày giai đoạn sớm.

NEW RESULT OF THE TOPIC

- This is the first study on the co-expression of ALDH and KRAS in gastric cancer patients in Vietnam. Research results show that:

- Gastric cancer is most common in the antrum (52.4%), ulcerative type according to Borrmann accounts for the highest rate (66.0%). The proportion of patients with positive ALDH is 68.0%, of patients with KRAS positive is 55.3%.

- ALDH expression in gastric cancer patients has a significant relationship with KRAS expression. There is a relationship between ALDH expression and tubular type and differentiation. The simultaneous expression of two markers Aldehyde Dehydrogenase and KRAS with a statistically significant level of differentiation.

APPLICATIONS, POSSIBILITY OF APPLICATION IN PRACTICE,

NECCESARY ISSUES TO CONTINUE RESEARCH

Research results have shown the expression of ALDH and KRAS markers and the relationship of these markers with some clinical and paraclinical characteristics in gastric cancer patients. This result is meaningful in creating a basis for developing treatment therapy as well as determining prognostic factors in patients with gastric cancer.

From the results of this project, it is necessary to study the relationship between the expression of ALDH and KRAS markers and a number of other markers, Helicobacter pylori infection, and treatment results of patients to provide prognosis and treatment. more reasonable treatment regimen. Expand research and evaluate the prognostic value of ALDH and KRAS markers in early gastric cancer.
