NHỮNG KẾT QUẢ MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN

 1. Xây dựng cơ sở lý luận về kỷ luật, tính kỷ luật, giáo dục tính kỷ luật và quản lý giáo dục tính kỷ luật cho sinh viên tại trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh.

2. Đánh giá thực trạng tính kỷ luật, giáo dục tính kỷ luật và công tác quản lý giáo dục tính kỷ luật cho sinh viên tại trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh. Đồng thời chỉ ra những hạn chế, nguyên nhân của hoạt động giáo dục và quản lý giáo dục tính kỷ luật cho sinh viên tại trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh.

3. Đề xuất 6 biện pháp quản lý giáo dục tính kỷ luật cho sinh viên phù hợp với đặc điểm tâm lý lứa tuổi và thực tiễn tại trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh. Các biện pháp đề xuất có cơ sở lý luận - thực tiễn và tính khả thi cao, có thể áp dụng thuận lợi trong quản lý giáo dục tính kỷ luật cho sinh viên tại các trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh trong phạm vi cả nước.

1. Các ứng dụng, khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn

- Kết quả nghiên cứu lý luận của luận án là tài liệu tham khảo cho đội ngũ cán bộ quản lý, giảng viên trong quản lý giáo dục tính kỷ luật cho sinh viên ở các trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh. Đồng thời là tài liệu tham khảo bổ ích cho sinh viên, học viên cao học, nghiên cứu sinh chuyên ngành Quản lý giáo dục.

- Kết quả nghiên cứu thực trạng của luận án là những bài học kinh nghiệm quý báu cho hoạt động quản lý giáo dục tính kỷ luật cho sinh viên ở các trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh.

- Các biện pháp luận án đề xuất là những chỉ dẫn cụ thể để cán bộ quản lý, giảng viên các trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh vận dụng trong quá trình quản lý giáo dục tính kỷ luật cho sinh viên tại các trung tâm, đồng thời là tài liệu để các trung tâm trong cả nước có thể nghiên cứu vận dụng và triển khai thực hiện trong quản lý giáo dục tính kỷ luật cho sinh viên tại các trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh.

2. Những vấn đề còn bỏ ngỏ cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu

Mỗi trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh có tính đặc thù khác nhau (yếu tố vùng miền, đối tượng sinh viên, đội ngũ cán bộ, giảng viên, điều kiện cơ sở vật chất…), vì thế, mức độ yêu cầu về tính kỷ luật và hoạt động quản lý giáo dục tính kỷ luật cũng sẽ khác nhau. Đây là vấn đề cần phải tiếp tục được nghiên cứu.

NEW SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS OF THE DISSERTATION

The research has:

1. Developed a theoretical basis for discipline, self-discipline, self-discipline education and management of self-discipline education for students at the Center for National Defense and Security Education;

2. Evaluated the real situation of self-discipline, self-discipline education and management of self-discipline education for students at the Center for National Defense and Security Education; at the same time, pointed out the limitations and causes of the limitations in self-discipline education and management of self-discipline education for students at the Center for National Defense and Security Education.

3. Eroposed 6 measures to manage self-discipline education for students in accordance with students’ psychological characteristics and practical situation at the Center for National Defense and Security Education. The proposed measures have a theoretical - practical basis and high feasibility, and can be conveniently applied in the management of self-discipline education for students at centers for national defense and security educationall over the country.

APPLICATIONS IN PRACTICE AND

THE NEEDS FOR FURTHER STUDIES

1. Practical applications of the research results

- The results of the theoretical research of the thesis is a reference for managers and lecturers in managing self-discipline education for students in centers for national defense and security education. It is also a useful reference for students, post-graduate students, PhD students majored in Education Management.

- The results of real situation research of the thesis is a valuable lesson for the management of self-discipline education for students at centers of national defense and security education.

- The proposed measures are specific instructions for managers and lecturers at national defense and security education centers to apply in the process of managing self-discipline education for students at the centers, as well as a document for centers throughout the country to study, apply and implement in the management of self-discipline education for students at national defense and security education centers.

2. Recommendations for further studies

Each center for national defense and security education has different characteristics (regional factors, students, staff, lecturers, facilities, etc.), thus, the degree of requirements for discipline and self-discipline education management also varies. This is a problem that needs further study.
