NHỮNG KẾT QUẢ MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN

1. Luận án đã hệ thống hóa, bổ sung và làm sáng tỏ những lí luận và thực tiễn về phát triển kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn cho sinh viên Trường Đại học Sư phạm trong bối cảnh đổi mới giáo dục. Trên cơ sở đó luận án đã xác định được danh mục các hoạt động Đoàn ở Trường Đại học Sư phạm và những kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn tương ứng. Xác định được cấu trúc kỹ năng tổ chức Đoàn gồm 5 nhóm kỹ năng thành phần từ đó cụ thể hoá trong phân tích mục tiêu, nội dung, con đường phát triển và đánh giá kết qủa phát triển kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn cho sinh viên ở Trường Đại học Sư phạm
2. Luận án đã đánh giá được thực trạng kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn và thực trạng phát triển kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn cho sinh viên các Trường Đại học Sư phạm trong bối cảnh đổi mới giáo dục trên cơ sở đó chỉ rõ những kết quả đạt được, những tồn tại và nguyên nhân của những tồn tại trong phát triển kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn cho sinh viên các Trường Đại học Sư phạm trong bối cảnh đổi mới giáo dục.
3. Từ kết quả nghiên cứu lí luận và thực tiễn, luận án đã đề xuất được 5 biện pháp phát triển kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn cho sinh viên Trường Đại học Sư phạm trong bối cảnh đổi mới giáo dục hiện nay. Những biện pháp đề xuất của luận án hướng tới khắc phục những hạn chế còn tồn tại trong quá trình phát triển kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn cho sinh viên Sư phạm tập trung vào quy trình phát triển kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn, phát triển chương trình, đa dạng hoá các hình thức phát triển kỹ năng và đánh giá được kết qủa hoạt động phát triển kỹ năng…Từ đó giúp cho quá trình phát triển kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn cho sinh viên sư phạm trong quá trình học tập tại các Trường Đại học Sư phạm.

KHẢ NĂNG ỨNG DỤNG TRONG THỰC TIỄN

Kết qủa nghiên cứu của luận án là tài liệu tham khảo hữu ích cho học viên cao học ngành Giáo dục học, Nghiên cứu sinh ngành Lý luận và Lịch sử giáo dục trong các Trường Đại học Sư phạm;

Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án là nguồn tài liệu quý báu cho cán bộ quản lý các Khoa, Phòng công tác sinh viên, Đoàn trường và Hội sinh viên trong các trường có đào tạo giáo viên để triển khai trong các hoạt động đào tạo của Khoa, hoạt động rèn luyện nghiệp vụ và kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn cho sinh viên sư phạm;

Nội dung nghiên cứu về kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn có nhiều kỹ năng. Nhưng trong khuôn khổ luận án tập trung vào 5 nhóm kỹ năng và tập trung nghiên cứu phát triển kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn cho sinh viên khối ngành đào tạo giáo viên trung học sơ sở và trung học phổ thông ở các Trường Đại học Sư phạm thông qua quá trình học tập các môn nghiệp vụ sư phạm và tham gia các hoạt động Đoàn. Luận án cũng khảo sát, đánh giá thực trạng phát triển kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn cho sinh viên ở 4 Trường Đại học Sư phạm theo phương pháp chọn mẫu và tổ chức thực nghiệm biện pháp trên sinh viên của Trường Đại học Sư phạm – Đại học Thái Nguyên. Nếu việc khảo sát thực trạng được tiến hành trên toàn bộ sinh viên sư phạm của 4 Trường Đại học Sư phạm và tổ chức thực nghiệm được triển khai ở nhiều nhóm kỹ năng tổ chức hoạt động Đoàn trong mối quan hệ với các yếu tố của chương trình và tổ chức thực hiện chương trình đào tạo sẽ đầy đủ và toàn diện hơn. Đây là nội dung gợi mở cho các hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo.

NEW SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS OF THE DISSERTATION

1. The thesis has systematized, supplemented, and clarified the theories and practices regarding the development of organizational skills in Union Activities for students in the context of educational innovation at the University of Education. Based on this, the thesis has identified the list of student union activities at the University of Education and the corresponding organizational skills. It has also determined the structure of organizational skills for student union activities, consisting of 5 skill groups. These findings have been further specified in analyzing the objectives, content, development process, and evaluation of the outcomes of developing organizational skills for student union activities at the University of Education.
2. The thesis has evaluated the current situation of organizational skills for student union activities and the development of these skills for students at the University of Education in the context of educational innovation. Based on this evaluation, it has identified the achieved results, existing limitations, and the causes of these limitations in the development of organizational skills for student union activities at the University of Education.
3. Through theoretical and practical research, the thesis has proposed 5 measures for developing organizational skills for student union activities at the University of Education in the current context of educational innovation. The proposed measures aim to overcome the existing limitations in the development process of organizational skills for student union activities. They focus on the process of skill development, program development, diversification of skill development forms, and evaluation of the outcomes of skill development. These measures aim to enhance the development of organizational skills for student union activities during the learning process at the University of Education.

PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

The research findings of the thesis serve as valuable references for graduate students in the field of Education, as well as for researchers in the field of Theory and History of Education at various University of Education institutions.

The research findings of the thesis also serve as valuable resources for faculty members in departments, student affairs offices, university unions, and student associations in teacher training institutions. These findings can be implemented in the training activities of departments and the professional training and organizational skills development for students in teacher training institutions.

ONGOING RESEARCH QUESTIONS

The research on organizational skills for student union activities covers various skills. However, within the scope of the thesis, the focus was on 5 skill groups and the development of organizational skills for students in the field of lower secondary education and upper secondary education at the University of Education. The thesis also surveyed and evaluated the current situation of organizational skills development for students at four University of Education institutions using a sample selection method and experimental measures implemented at the University of Education - Thai Nguyen University. Conducting a survey on the current situation with all students from the four University of Education institutions and implementing experiments in multiple skill groups in relation to the program's elements and the organization of training programs would provide more comprehensive and complete results. This serves as an open topic for further research.
