 NHỮNG KẾT LUẬN MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN

Tỷ lệ trứng phôi của gà ông bà (trống TĐ1 x mái TĐ2) đạt 93,95%, tỷ lệ gà loại 1/ trứng ấp đạt 82,24 %; tương ứng ở gà ông bà (trống TĐ3 x mái TĐ4) là 94,09 % và 82,21 %. Giá thành một gà bố mẹ tự sản xuất ra năm 2006 là 28.500đ, bằng 62% giá nhập từ Pháp năm 2002.

Gà bố mẹ Sasso chọn tạo tại Việt Nam có thể phân biệt trống mái lúc mới nở thông qua màu lông và tốc độ mọc lông cánh; tỷ lệ nuôi sống cao: 95,10 - 96,05 % ở giai đoạn hậu bị, 94,48 – 94,92 % ở giai đoạn sinh sản. Các chỉ tiêu năng suất đạt 96,10 - 98,51 % so với chỉ tiêu của Hãng Sasso - Pháp. Gà mái bố mẹ TĐ34 cho năng suất trứng đến 68 tuần tuổi đạt 197,33 quả/mái; tỷ lệ trứng giống: 94,37 %; tỷ lệ trứng có phôi/ trứng ấp: 94,48 % và gà con loại 1/ tổng trứng ấp: 83,27 %. Tiêu tốn thức ăn/10 trứng giống: 2,89 kg. Gà bố mẹ có ưu thế lai cao về các chỉ tiêu năng suất trứng (14,93 %), tỷ lệ gà loại 1 (2,51 %), tiêu tốn thức ăn/10 trứng (-12,42 %).

Gà thương phẩm Sasso sản xuất từ gà bố mẹ chọn tạo ở Việt Nam nuôi theo hai phương thức: nhốt và bán nuôi nhốt; hai mùa vụ: Xuân - Hè và Thu - Đông đều cho tỷ lệ nuôi sống cao đạt 95 - 98 %, ưu thế lai so với trung bình bố mẹ là 2,15 - 3,70 %.  Đến 10 tuần tuổi bình quân trống mái đạt 2362,44 g/con ở lô bán nuôi nhốt và 2559,69 g/con ở lô nuôi nhốt, ưu thế lai so với trung bình bố mẹ là 2,76 - 9,51 %. Tiêu tốn thức ăn /kg tăng khối lượng 2,30 - 2,55 kg, ưu thế lai so với trung bình bố mẹ là -3,95 đến - 8,06 %.

THE NEW SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS

The fertility rate of chicken eggs of grand parents stock (male TĐ₁ x female TĐ₂)  was 93.95 %, the first class post hatched chicks per total incubation eggs was 82.24 %; of that in grand parents stock (male TĐ₃ x female TĐ₄)  was 94.09 % and 82.21 % respectively. The cost of a parent chicken produced domestically was VND 28,500 in year 2006, about  62 % of compared to that imported from France in year 2002.

The parent stock of Sasso chickens selected in Viet Nam could be differentiated between males and females by their color at post hatched and by the development of the wing feathers; the survival rate of the chicks was quite high: 95.10 – 96.05 % during rearing period and was 94.48 – 94.42 % during the laying period respectively. The overall performance of chickens evaluated was 96.10 – 98.51 % compared to the standards published by the Sasso company – France. The hen of the TĐ₃₄ up to 68 weeks of age could lay 197.33 eggs/hen; the rate of incubational eggs was 94.37 %; the fertility per incubational eggs was 94.48 %, and the rate of first class post hatched chicks per total incubation eggs was 83.27 %. The FCR for 10 incubational eggs was 2.89 kgs. The parents stock chickens had a high heterosis for egg production (14.93 %), for the rate of first class post hatched chicks (2.51 %), and for the FCR per 10 eggs (-12.42 %).

The commercial Sasso chickens, which were produced from parents stocks selected in Viet Nam, were kept in two different rearing practices: intensive and semi-intensive system in two different seasons: Spring – Summer and Autumn – Winter also showed to have the high rate of survival (95 – 98 %), the heterosis of the offspring in comparison to the average of their parents was 2.15 – 3.70 %. At 10 weeks of age, the average body weight of male and female was 2362.44 grs per bird in semi-intensive group, and that of the intensive group was 2559.69 grs per bird, the heterosis of the offspring in comparison to the average of their parents was 2.76 – 9.51%. The FCR was 2.30 – 2.55, the heterosis of this trait in comparison to their parents was (-3.95 to - 8.06 %).
