NHỮNG KẾT QUẢ MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN

Luận án đã hệ thống hoá, bổ sung và làm sáng tỏ những vấn đề lý luận về giáo dục kỹ năng quân sự (KNQS) cho sinh viên ở trung tâm Giáo dục Quốc phòng và An ninh (GDQP&AN) theo tiếp cận hợp tác. Mô tả được đặc điểm, cấu trúc và các mức độ hình thành của KNQS; Xác định được mục tiêu, nội dung giáo dục KNQS theo tiếp cận hợp tác cho sinh viên và các phương pháp, con đường triển khai giáo dục KNQS theo tiếp cận hợp tác cho sinh viên ở trung tâm GDQP&AN.

Luận án đã đánh giá được thực trạng KNQS của SV, thực trạng giáo dục KNQS theo tiếp cận hợp tác cho sinh viên ở các trung tâm GDQP&AN hiện nay. Trên cơ sở phân tích thực trạng đã làm rõ ưu điểm, hạn chế và nguyên nhân của vấn đề giáo dục kỹ năng quân sự theo tiếp cận hợp tác, giúp các trung tâm GDQP&AN có cơ sở thực tiễn để điều chỉnh việc thực hiện chương trình đào nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả của GDQP&AN cho sinh viên ở các trung tâm GDQP&AN.

Đề xuất được 5 biện pháp giáo dục KNQS theo tiếp cận hợp tác cho sinh viên cần thiết, khả thi và phù hợp với điều kiện thực tế ở các Trung tâm Giáo dục Quốc phòng và An ninh. Những biện pháp đề xuất của luận án hướng tới khắc phục những hạn chế còn tồn tại trong quá trình giáo dục kỹ năng thực hành quân sự cho sinh viên theo tiếp cận hợp tác tập trung vào xây dựng quy trình giáo dục; Lựa chọn nội dung và thiết kế hoạt động giáo dục KNQS theo tiếp cận hợp tác cho sinh viên ở trung tâm GDQP&AN; Sử dụng phương pháp và kỹ thuật dạy học theo tiếp cận hợp tác; sử dụng trò chơi quân sự và Xây dựng môi trường học tập hợp tác cho sinh viên ở trung tâm GDQP&AN.

KHẢ NĂNG ỨNG DỤNG TRONG THỰC TIỄN

Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án giúp cho giảng viên của các trung tâm GDQP&AN có cơ sở khoa học để tổ chức, triển khai các hoạt động giáo dục KNQS theo tiếp cận hợp tác cho sinh viên.

Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án là tài liệu tham khảo cần thiết cho giảng viên, cán bộ quản lý để phát triển chương trình đào tạo và tổ chức đào tạo ở các trung tâm GDQP&AN; đồng thời làm tài liệu tham khảo cho học viên cao học, nghiên cứu sinh trong lĩnh vực khoa học giáo dục.

NHỮNG VẤN ĐỀ CÒN BỎ NGỎ CẦN TIẾP TỤC ĐƯỢC NGHIÊN CỨU

Luận án nghiên cứu mục tiêu, nội dung chương trình giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh đã tập trung mô tả rõ 3 nhóm KNQS trong học phần III: Quân sự chung. Cần nghiên cứu để hoàn thiện thêm, có thể sẽ có cách tiếp cận và mô tả các KNQS khác khi nghiên cứu tổng thể chương trình bao gồm cả Học phần I: Đường lối quốc phòng và an ninh của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam và Học phần II: Công tác quốc phòng và an ninh.

Luận án đã khảo sát, đánh giá thực trạng giáo dục KNQS theo tiếp cận hợp tác ở 6 trung tâm GDQP&AN và tổ chức thực nghiệm ở trung tâm GDQP&AN Đại học Thái Nguyên. Cần tiếp tục triển khai nghiên cứu ở các trung tâm khác, ở các khu vực địa lý và điều kiện tổ chức thực hiện chương trình giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh khác nhau để kết quả nghiên cứu bao quát và toàn diện hơn.

NEW FINDINGS OF THE THESIS

The research has organized, supplemented, and clarified theoretical issues regarding the education of military skills for students at the Center for Defense and Security Education through a collaborative approach. It describes the characteristics, structure, and levels of formation of military skills; identifies the goals and content of military skills education through a collaborative approach for students, as well as the methods and pathways for implementing military skills education through a collaborative approach for students at the Center for Defense and Security Education.

The research has evaluated the current state of military skills of students, the current state of military skills education through a collaborative approach for students at the Centers for Defense and Security Education today. Based on the analysis, it elucidates the strengths, limitations, and reasons for the issues in military skills education through a collaborative approach, providing practical foundations for Centers for Defense and Security Education to adjust their training programs to enhance the effectiveness of Defense and Security Education for students.

The research proposes 5 necessary, feasible, and appropriate educational measures for military skills through a collaborative approach for students, considering the practical conditions at the Centers for Defense and Security Education. The proposed measures aim to address existing limitations in the process of military skills education, focusing on building an education process, selecting content, and designing activities for military skills education through a collaborative approach for students at the Center for Defense and Security Education. It suggests using teaching methods and techniques through a collaborative approach, employing military games, and creating a cooperative learning environment for students at the Center for Defense and Security Education.

PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS

The research results of the research provide a scientific basis for lecturers at the Centers for Defense and Security Education to organize and implement military skills education through a collaborative approach for students.

The research results of the research serve as essential reference materials for lecturers and management officials to develop training programs and organize training at the Centers for Defense and Security Education. Additionally, they serve as reference materials for postgraduate students and researchers in the field of educational science.

ONGOING RESEARCH QUESTIONS

The research focused on describing three groups of military skills in Section III: General Military in the national defense and security education program. Further research is needed to enhance and possibly adopt approaches to describe other military skills when conducting a comprehensive study that includes Part I: The Party's viewpoints on national defense and security and Part II: Defense and security work.

The research conducted a survey and evaluation of the current state of military skills education through a collaborative approach at 6 Centers for Defense and Security Education and conducted experiments at the Center for Defense and Security Education at Thai Nguyen University. Further research should continue in other centers, in different geographical regions, and under various organizational conditions for national defense and security education programs to yield more comprehensive and inclusive results.
