NHỮNG KẾT QUẢ MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN

1. Luận án đã khái quát hóa cơ sở lý luận về học tập, quản lý học tập của sinh viên đại học theo hướng tự chủ dựa vào nhà trường, phân tích làm rõ những yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới hoạt động quản lý học tập của sinh viên theo hướng tự chủ dựa vào nhà trường.

2. Luận án đã khái quát hóa được thực trạng học tập, quản lý học tập của sinh viên đại học theo hướng tự chủ dựa vào nhà trường, chỉ ra những tồn tại hạn chế về tính tự chủ trong công tác quản lý học tập của cán bộ quản lý, giảng viên, sinh viên và phân tích những nguyên nhân ảnh hưởng.

3. Đề xuất được các biện pháp nâng cao hiệu quả công tác quản lý học tập của sinh viên các trường đại học theo hướng tự chủ dựa vào nhà trường có tính đồng bộ, khả thi, phù hợp với thực tiễn bao gồm: Nâng cao nhận thức cho cán bộ quản lý, giảng viên, sinh viên về quản lý học tập theo hướng tự chủ dựa vào nhà trường; Hoàn thiện quy chế quản lý học tập của sinh viên theo hướng tự chủ dựa vào nhà trường; Phát triển chương trình đào tạo đáp ứng nhu cầu, lợi ích của sinh viên và đáp ứng yêu cầu của xã hội; Nâng cao năng lực giảng viên về dạy học đáp ứng nhu cầu người học; Chỉ đạo tăng cường tổ chức hoạt động trải nghiệm nghề nghiệp cho sinh viên; Xây dựng mạng lưới cố vấn học tập hỗ trợ cho sinh viên; Xây dựng môi trường học tập tự chủ nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý học tập của sinh viên đại học theo hướng tự chủ dựa vào nhà trường.

1. Các ứng dụng, khả năng ứng dụng trong thực  tiễn

- Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án có thể sử dụng là tài liệu tham khảo cho những nghiên cứu sâu hơn về quản lý, quản lý giáo dục đại học và quản lý học tập của sinh viên các trường đại học.

- Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án là bài học kinh nghiệm quý báu trong hoạt động quản lý học tập của sinh viên các trường đại học theo hướng tự chủ dựa vào nhà trường. Các giải pháp  đề xuất là những chỉ dẫn cụ thể để các chủ thể tham gia vào quá trình quản lý học tập của sinh viên vận dụng vào thực tiễn tại trường đại học của mình.

2. Những vấn đề còn bỏ ngỏ cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu

Quản lý học tập của sinh viên các trường đại học theo hướng tự chủ dựa vào nhà trường là cơ sở để quản lý các hoạt động khác trong trường như quản lý hoạt động giảng dạy, quản lý hoạt động đào tạo.

 NEW SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS OF THE DISSERTATION

1. The dissertation has generalized the theoretical background of learning and the management of university students’ learning in the institutional autonomy – based approach; analyzed and clarified the factors influencing the management of student's learning in the institutional autonomy – based approach.

2. The dissertation has generalized the current status of university students’ learning and the management of university students’ learning in the institutional autonomy – based approach; identified the shortcomings of autonomy in the learning management of managers, lecturers, students, and analysed their causes.

3. The dissertation has also proposed synchronous, feasible, suitable and practical measures to raise the effectiveness of the management of student's learning in the institutional autonomy – based approach, including: Raise awareness for managers, lecturers and students on learning management in the institutional autonomy – based approach; Finalize  regulations for managing students’ learning in the institutional autonomy – based approach; Develop training programs to meet the needs and interests of students and meet the requirements of society; Enhance the capacity of lecturers in teaching to meet learners' needs; Strengthen the organization of professional experience activities for students; Build a network of academic advisors to support students; Create an autonomous learning environment to improve the management of university students’ learning in the institutional autonomy – based approach.

APPLICATIONS IN PRACTICE AND

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER STUDIES

1. Practical applications of the research results

- The research results of the dissertation can be used as a reference for further study on management, management of higher education and management of university students’ learning.

- The research results of the dissertation are valuable learned lessons in the management of university students’ learning in the institutional autonomy – based approach. The proposed solutions are specific instructions for the those involved in the management of students’ learning to apply in practice at their university.

2. Recommendations for further studies

The management of university students’ learning in the institutional autonomy – based approach is the basis for managing other activities of the university such as teaching management and training management.
