NHỮNG KẾT QUẢ MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN

1.  Luận án đã góp phần làm phong phú thêm cơ sở lý luận về phát triển kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa cho giảng viên trường cao đẳng. 

2.  Đánh giá được thực trạng kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa của đội ngũ giảng viên và thực trạng phát triển kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa cho giảng viên các trường cao đẳng hiện nay, chỉ ra được những ưu điểm, tồn tại hạn chế về kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa và phát triển kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa cho giảng viên trường cao đẳng.

3.  Đề xuất được 3 biện pháp phát triển kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa cho giảng viên trường cao đẳng bao gồm: Nâng cao chất lượng, hiệu quả công tác đào tạo, bồi dưỡng kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa cho đội ngũ giảng viên; Tăng cường việc hướng dẫn, tư vấn về phát triển kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa cho giảng viên trường cao đẳng; Đảm bảo các điều kiện để hỗ trợ việc phát triển kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa cho đội ngũ giảng viên trường cao đẳng. Các biện pháp có cơ sở lý luận - thực tiễn và có tính khả thi cao; có thể áp dụng thuận lợi trong hoạt động phát triển năng lực dạy học phân hóa cho đội ngũ giảng viên các trường cao đẳng.

1. Các ứng dụng, khả năng ứng dụng trong thực  tiễn

- Kết quả nghiên cứu lý luận của luận án là tài liệu tham khảo cho đội ngũ cán bộ quản lý, giảng viên các trường cao đẳng trong hoạt động phát triển kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa cho giảng viên. Đồng thời là tài liệu tham khảo bổ ích cho sinh viên, học viên cao học, nghiên cứu sinh chuyên ngành Lý luận và lịch sử giáo dục.

- Kết quả nghiên cứu thực trạng của luận án là những bài học kinh nghiệm quý báu cho hoạt động phát triển kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa cho giảng viên ở các trường cao đẳng.

- Các biện pháp luận án đề xuất là những chỉ dẫn cụ thể cán bộ quản lý giảng viên các trường cao đẳng vận dụng trong hoạt động phát triển kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa cho giảng viên nhằm nâng cao kỹ năng dạy học nói chung, kỹ năng dạy học phân hóa nói riêng cho đội ngũ giảng viên.

2. Những vấn đề còn bỏ ngỏ cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu

Mỗi lĩnh vực đào tạo khác nhau, trình độ khác nhau sẽ có những đặc điểm khác biệt về chuyên môn và về học viên, vì vậy kỹ năng dạy học phân của giảng viên ở các loại hình trường cao đẳng, đại học theo từng lĩnh vực đào tạo có những đặc điểm khác biệt, đây là vấn đề cần tiếp tục quan tâm nghiên cứu.

NEW SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS OF THE DISSERTATION

The dissertation has:

1. contributed to enriching the theoretical foundation for developing the skill of giving differentiated instruction for college lecturers

2. assessed the current state of differentiated instruction skills of the teaching staff and the current situation of developing the skill of giving differentiated instruction for college lecturers; pointed out the strengths and limitations of the lecturers’ skills of giving differentiated instruction and developing these skills for college lecturers.

3. proposed three measures to develop the the skill of giving differentiated instruction for college lecturers, including: Improve the quality and efficiency of training and fostering the skill of giving differentiated instruction for the teaching staff; Enhance guidance and counseling on developing the skill of giving differentiated instruction for college lecturers; Ensure the conditions to support the development of differentiated instruction skills for college lecturers. These measures have a theoretical and practical basis, are all highly feasible, and can be applied advantageously in developing the skill of giving differentiated instruction for college lecturers.

APPLICATIONS IN PRACTICE

AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FURTHER STUDY

The practical applications

- The research results of the dissertation are reference materials for the managers and lecturers of colleges in developing the skill of giving differentiated instruction for college lecturers. They are also a good reference for undergraduate students and post graduate students majored in theory and history of education.

- The research results regarding the current situation are valuable lessons for developing the skill of giving differentiated instruction for college lecturers.

- The measures recommended in the dissertation are specific instructions for the managers and the lecturers of colleges to apply in developing the skill of giving differentiated instruction for college lecturers to improve teaching skills in general and differentiated instruction skills in particular.

Recommendations for further study

In different fields of training at different levels, there will be different characteristics in terms of profession and students; therefore, the lecturers’ skills of giving differentiated instruction in different types of colleges and universities in different training fields have different characteristics. This is the issue that needs to be researched.
